Urban Policy Strategies, LLC is an evaluation research and policy consulting group aimed at bridging the gap between the research and science of public health, education and social services and the best practices of community organizations. 

Since 1994, UPS has worked with federal, state, and local government agencies, business and philanthropic leaders, and a myriad of nonprofit organizations to strengthen their capacity to improve the lives of children, youth, adults, families, and the communities in which they reside. 

Our mission is to turn research into action by building the capacity of service providing organizations to ultimately improve the health of historically under-served populations in Connecticut and nationally.   

In order to meet the needs of underserved populations, including African Americans, Latinos, Asians, and Native Americans our staff is highly diverse and bilingual.
